EzyBiz LEX

EzyBiz LEX is a business phone and AI answering service built in Melbourne for Australian law firms. When a lawyer is in court, with a client or finished for the day, EzyBiz LEX answers in the firm’s name, qualifies the caller, books the consult or takes the message, and never gives legal advice. A written summary and transcript of every call and text is ready in the app shortly after it ends, so the call back happens with the full picture. Records are filed to the system the firm already runs: Smokeball filing is live and EzyBiz LEX is listed on the Smokeball Marketplace, SharePoint filing is live for firms on Microsoft 365, and Clio is in development with pilot firms. Each lawyer has their own Australian number, existing numbers can be ported, and call records are stored in Australian data centres under the Privacy Act. Pricing is per lawyer from A$79.99 a month including GST, and setup is a phone call rather than a form.
